Is there an extra charge added to the bill for cleaning?
No, the cleaning fees are included in the rental charge.

Is there an extra charge for more than four people?
No, we do not charge more for extra people, the rental fee is the same.

Are you on the beach or close to it?
We are close to the beach, but not on the beach (thus we can maintain a clean indoor heated pool). The beach is only an 8 minute walk along a quiet forested road just past the Leprechaun’s Door (an authentic Irish pub and restaurant). Alternatively, the beach is only a 10 minute walk on gravel paths through the old growth forest of beautiful Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park. Keep an eye out for hobbits.

Do you allow dogs?
Yes, we welcome dogs. (House trained only, please.)

What GST will we need to pay?
We only charge an additional 6%. This good value because larger resorts will charge you 16%.

How soon is the damage deposit refunded?
We refund back to your credit card or send you a cheque, whichever you prefer, within 5 to 7 days of your stay.
